i dont understand this part of the op:
otc means "ovet the counter" what does that have to do with mining?
and how can you know how many people are buying / mining? it could all be just one guy with tor browser?

It means that there were more then 1800 workers (in fact), and close to 1000 real miners, but that was yesterday, now it is a little less because of some more coins that were launched today.

I think IPO owners cannot sell at 500sats as they will not make any profit. They have to wait for a lot higher price.
they will wait for 1k at best, x2 is a good profit , probably slightly less like 800-999

Dedicatedpool again have problems, people cannot connect to their site as it is always unavailable, that is why the hashrate is a little lower now.

There is a nice sell order at 1000sats, most likely when of those mining farms that want to dump his coins.0.00001000 x 6,000,000 = 60BTC, mmm, that doesn't seems really too high, isn't it? A lot of coins have marketcaps of more then 200BTCs.

I've no clue. Look at VOOT it was trading at 80 sats and hit 1800 sats. Look at PC, SUMMER, SUPER. They all had marketcaps below $100K and now they are trading a lot higher.
I believe based on the hashrate, on the number of people following the coin, etc. I think OTC can have a marketcap of at least $50K so that should give us 83 BTC or so. I take the low end, as i believe that we can trade above $100k one day.
