I can attest to the quality of the 2th miner and have it running and hashing. The PSUs used are some unknown brand though (as with all A1 miners nowadays)
This is my graph on MRR and it actually overperforms slightly.
Drawbacks is that it's frickin loud and can't work on P2Pool (gets only 1.3-1.5th on P2Pool)

So Bit-Winkor isn't a scam company. They are reputable in all my purchases so far and give good support via Amanda. Only thing is that being a smaller vendor, their pricing isn't as good though they really try their best.
One thing I don't like about their miners is that they cut off the fan wires so that it runs at full speed 24/7. Great for farms and cooling but not so good for home use since it's frickin loud all the time.
I also found that in my purchase of LKETC miners and Bit-Winkor miners, that my Bit-Winkor A1 is performing slightly better than the lketc one but it may just be a hardware sampling. The Bit-Winkor A1 is smaller but a lot louder.
As with all A1s, their ssh is locked.

Any chance I could get a copy of the factory firmware off you? Tried an image from another bitmine-based miner, but was unsuccessful. Miner came without an SD card. Bit-Winkor is not providing any support at this moment, since I did not purchase directly from them.

Does anyone have a backup image of the firmware for these?
Anyone? My SD card was lost in transit, and have a fancy fan box right now that I would like to get mining. Segree has not co-operated with helping me whatsoever.
There is a link in the 3rd post. This firmware should work as it appears to be using all the same parts to run this. Worst case it simply wont mine and you need an image from the vendor.

Your first model claimed 2th/s and failed to comply according to buyer tests.
Now you mention this one is 2 th/s you must sent to a reputable member to test it
then you will be able to sell more.
2700+shipping as mentioned previously its so hard to roi when with 1500 more you can purchase
a Spondoolies that has 3 times the advertised hash with the well known SP10 quality product.
We all want to make a Mercedes but only few make to build it...

They agreed to send me a unit for $2600 if I make a review for the forum. But when I asked if they would use escrow they quickly denied.
just a warning. these guys are associated with Josh Zipkin - a VERY known and confirmed scam artist from AMT miners. If you want to risk your money, by all means, but you cannot say you were not warned. ill be watching this thread.
Additionally Joshua Zipkin has been also known to try to buy and bribe reviews in the same manner. And even had a recent auction on similar miners go south on him when he got called out. People asked escrow and he had no interest. Just demonstrates the need for the community to remain vigilant for these kinds of sales. Hopefully the Chinese vendor selling these will understand the price of doing business with the famed "loumay" aka Joshua Zipkin

If the price will be as low as 1300-1400 USD - this will be a reason I think. )Still not worth it at that price. You lose out on the power consumption as well. Not only that but mining density. Would you rather have this massive 8U unit at 2Ths or 4 Antminers running at 1800Ghs ...add a 5th with its own small PSU and you now have a whole shelf that would otherwise by used up by this thing. And for their previous comment. Yes people here are fans of Antminers, because they make them well and are priced just right. Seeing as some already have an AMT version of the 1Ths of this thing one can already be sure the quality will be subpar. You can try to deny it but you are using the EXACT SAME Poor UI, unique IP (which I can see taped and written on the unit pictured), a likley unguessable SSH password, loud fans that require earplugs to get near the miner. Not to mention the random pieces of metal that get shipped with these things. I got some scrap metal with my box...the unit itself was VERY well packed. BUT came with scrap metal. Someone else reported a rusted piece of metal.
Fyi my AMT review thread has a link to how loud these things will likley be. The 1Ths unit compared to an S2. And the video does not do the noise justice.

Why would someone want to buy these over Antminers S3? The consumption on these is insane. 2Ths you are looking at well over 2.2 2.4Kw. Needs two PSUs to power it. You can get 1.8Ths @ 1.4Kw For a little over $1k USD. Sure you get rack mount ability with these. but you are talking about what looks like an 8U machine taking up ALOT of space for only 2Ths at current difficulty. You could easily use a shelf to house the antminers S3s and get more hash power. OR go with a spondoolies SP30/31 (when they start shipping) Again another economical and efficient choise
