However, we do require KYC when users need to withdraw and we NEVER failed users' KYC for irrational reasons. Our customer services have been distributing much of their time and efforts to assist users to complete their KYC, resubmit their KYC if they failed for the first time or for several times. We passed every user who submits their legal ID and personal information followed our requirements. We have more than 800,000 users globally and we never hear such kind of news complaining about our KYC process!! The KYC is for the safety of every users' assets and we clearly notify users in our user's policy.
