Most of them depend on people bidding on your web space, so it's variable. Apparently http://www.bitmedia.io have decent rates, but I haven't tried it yet. The only really trustable one there atm is http://www.a-ads.com, though their rates aren't too great. May have to think of other ad programs.

300 satoshi every 3 minutes is a very nice reward for a faucet like this. You won't find many other faucets offering this sort of reward.However, with such a high reward you may run out of funds pretty fast. You might have to rethink the amount that you give out.
