Very rarely I visit Altcoin Bounty section. Even during visit patrol its annoying me.
Patrol page can be shown without any bounty report.
Visit the link below. This page doesn't include posts made in "Bounties (Altcoins)" board.

Very rarely I visit Altcoin Bounty section. Even during visit patrol its annoying me. I know its nothing wrong to join bounty campaign since there is oppurtunity. But there should be something that would control bounty hunter and managers to avoid mega spam. Best solution is collect report on Google form as yahoo62278 already mentioned. Otherwise it would possible to control by regulation. But most likely admin won't want to interfere about bounty section. So let them spam and just ignore for you.

It would be great if more managers would start using Google Forms for these reports. But I think most of them don't use it because they want that their bounty topic would constantly bumped by people who post reports.
But I think it's not very big issue, because who read posts in bounty topics? It's only annoying when you're checking user post history.

Next time read the replies to the thread before making a post, lol. All bounties I have seen are using google forms. It is annoying to see this sig spam, even here in this section.
Your post is spam, not mine Smiley. As @hosseinimr93 said, majority of bounties don't use Google forms unfortunately. But even if they use it, as @yahoo62278 said, people still posting reports in bounty topics. They simply don't read or use bots to make reports. But if they don't follow rules of campaign, they are probably don't get paid for it, so it doesn't makes sense to do it.
And yeah, I missed changes about bumping in bounties board
Lol. You are the one getting paid to post. As I said the scope here is beyond campaign managers providing google forms.

Really it should only clutter up the tokens section so just avoid that section and you'll be fine. If you're looking for a specific bounty just use the search tool.
Yeah, I'm not really sure what the big problem is here.  Is it annoying for people who frequent the bounty section(s)?

Me neither.
And people that visit the bounty topics are by no means the ones that would read a topic, they are simply ctrl+c/ctrl+v without paying attention to anything. I've seen a lot of cases when they do that even if in the first posts the OP has already written: "The campaign is over"!!!

This is no longer working. Almost all of bounty hunters are newbies and juniors with zero bump power.

But I think it's not very big issue, because who read posts in bounty topics? It's only annoying when you're checking user post history.
And also when I check "recent" posts.

I just checked all of the bounty threads in the first page of  "Bounties (Altcoins)" board. All of them are full of bounty reports. Except this one.

Oh, this campaign is being run by you.
You are right about your own campaign. But Almost all of other campaigns ask bounty hunters to post the reports on their threads.

Ok, it seems you have a valid point. I still see some google forms, however majortiy is spam proof of authentication. But as Yahoo said, even when all of them have google forms as way of reporting a bounty, there will be user that are ignorant and still post in thread. Probably because they are using a bot to do all the work for them. When I look at the bounty I manage now, I clearly see users that are doing this and they have really weird automatic generated tweets and have tweeted like 100 times in 24h. Such users must be banned in order for this to work.

My post (which was the reason for the creation of this thread) was regarding the quoting pyramids with bounty reports which appear in the Patrol section. This is the only place you see them even if you have that section on ignore.
I don't mind seeing bounty reports there but a 10-12 weeks quote of facebook, twitter and medium or whatever it's called, reports make a wall of text which you have to scroll.
Based on rule 1 the quote pyramids are forbidden so all those reports are against the rules.

Yeah, I'm not really sure what the big problem is here.  Is it annoying for people who frequent the bounty section(s)?  It sure as hell doesn't bother me, since I have all of the altcoin sections on ignore, and I wouldn't bother visiting any of the bounty threads even if I didn't.  For any newbies who don't realize this, you can block entire sections from ever showing up on your unread posts feed by checking them off in your preferences.

Profile-->Ignore Boards Preferences-->click 'em off one by one.  Makes life a lot easier around here.

The motivation of this kind bounty hunter: "Asking/doing first before read"
Yeppers.  That's one of two reasons why the shitposting problem is so bad on this forum.  The other reason is being paid to post.  Combine the two and it's like some sort of constructive interference between two nuclear shitbombs going off simultaneously.

If you don't visit the Bounties Section and if you're not engaged into Bounty Campaign which pays altcoins then you will not be annoyed with it because they are doing this for a long time already.

I wish instead of quoting their previous bounty report, they just put the link into the Google Form which Yahoo stated in his post. Anyway, we can report them as @iasenko said since it is against the rules.

What I realize guys was that all those bounty hunters quoting their previous work is actually against the rules.

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]
~
1. Such posts as "SELL SELL SELL", "I agree", "+1", "Support", "Watching", "Interesting", "LOL", "SCAM", "LEGIT", "FAKE", other one word posts, posts consisting mostly of swearing, quote pyramids, useless introduction threads, threads about a topic already recently discussed in several other threads.
~

It is really annoying to open the patrol and see this walls of reports for more than 10 weeks packed in one post. There should be a different format how to post those reports.
From now I'll report any quote pyramid I see in Patrol.

It's in a bounty thread so I really couldn't care less, and for me whenever BMs allow something like this, I just avoid the project lol

There were few projects who took reports by Google forms or website, still users were posting on the bounty thread.

Then the warning should be given to the manager because he/she is responsible for that bounty. The report has been like that for a long time ago. I see that many bounties have used that way for their participants. If you can remind the manager, I think he will consider using another way for the participants to report their post in separate forms. Maybe the dev wants to see their bounty will come to the first page in 24 hours because their participants will always quote more and more every week. But well, you can suggest the manager use another thing.

Yah, this is so true and it endeared you to me the way you managed the MB8 bounty. Using the Google form unclustered the thread and made reporting easier. I wonder why other managers aren't using that format yet. Perhaps you should school them on that.

You could post your findings in [CLUB] The SpamBusters! Busting rule-breakers for more than a year. and join the club as well instead of creating a new topic for knowing about how to handle spams.

I am not into reporting in Bounties section as I have moved onto hunting the spammers in other board, but either iasenko or LoyceV could help you with this. Join the club, post the spam topics in the club topic and start reporting. You might get a faster response in club instead of creating a topic.

I often find quotes like that.
This is even worse.

Name: AakZaki
Name: hoanggiang
Name: qdetu1
Name: Kamal.strong365

It seems like my head is getting dizzy, when I see Twitter and Facebook report posts like that.

Most annoying for me, maybe my eyes can not accommodate qoute like that.

There are still hundreds or thousands more such infectious diseases.
As above.

Copy this. Even though U have google forms made, users still do what they wanna do and post in the thread  Huh
Classic.

The problem they don't want to read, they only see the important things like :
  • New Bounty
  • Reward
  • Report Work
The motivation of this kind bounty hunter: "Asking/doing first before read"

About quote bounty report, I not doing some heavy reported for them. Cause to much resource cant handle all of them, mostly im just focusing to report some bounty who required all bounty hunter to make a post to their Announcement Thread.

half listen the other half post on the forms and in the bounty thread.

Keep in mind some users use a bot even to post reports on the forum.
There was a thread on this forum few months ago where one guy was selling a bot for

  • Automatically doing social activities
  • Automatically save links
  • Automatically post links at X time on the forum
