IntroductionPatriot Mall represent real construction project with physical address. This project follows two main goals, first to show perspective of ICO and blockchain technologies within real offline projects. And to collect funds for project realization on attractive conditions for both sides, participants and project’s founder.
Project already under construction process and required specific amount of money to put Mall into operation. Founder already has been invested around $5,000,000 into it, what as we think, make project more attractive and trustable. Return of investment includs two stages. Stage one is going to share net operation profit from rental income and promotions among token holders.
Stage two is basically tied to milestone, when PPT will be able to be exchanged on exchange markets and will allowed to owner sell it and buy through these platforms.

Why somebody will buy this tokens on exchange market?
The Mall team develop special program for future tenants. This promotion program, will give to tenant specific discount for rent payment, if they have specific number of tokens on hand.
