I don't know, but I've noticed that most of the recent scams are starting with fancy graphics and such. It is a marketing strategy, but it also can be psychologically explained pretty easy. People are looking on something like that and think: - "Jeez, it looks good... I'm investing.", but they are missing some vital points in the so called roadmaps and such. Therefore their main questions are pretty much the same - if its scam or not. I'm not calling this scam, but personally I have big concerns on every new coin launched in the recent months.
