I think what he is concerned about is the cost of creating and funding a new wallet b4 sending to peculium. All these transactions will attract commissions

There will still be some bonus for sure. Only thing is it will reduce from 20 to 15% of even lesser. If someone wants to get more benefit, then better to invest now. This is such an exceptional protect and many people wants to be part of it.

I do not give much to these ratings. one and the same project is often rated very differently and often I wonder if a whitepaper is read at all. It often seems that they rate rendomly or how often a project is upvoted on their site. And on some pages it is certainly the case, that the rating is higher if the donation is high enough :-)

Rightly said, I agree with you. Peculium don't need rating, I mean they have very good product and peculium need to just work on accuracy and try to make it as accurate as possible.

Actually there are many many ICOs currently, where AI is involved. Peculium is definitely not the first one. I wont promote other ICOs here, but if you just google artificial intelligence ico, you will see what I mean.

Judging by their current activity I'm pretty sure there would be updates often. They are doing great efforts to keep the community involved even before the project has started, and I don't think it's going to change.

have to agree they are being very active especially considering we're dealing with the holiday season where i wouldn't have faulted them for taking a proper break and getting some rest

Yes, the rating on ICOBench for example (https://icobench.com/ico/peculium) is 3.1. Personally, I wouldn't count much on these ratings. As rathaha said, there a so many rating site. One rates an ICO as the next big thing and for another side, its nothing special. Just do your own research and don't base your decision of investing on these rating sites.

have to agree take all ico ratings with a grain of salt same as ratings on youtube, most of them are paid reviews or very personal in nature with little substance backing them up, do your own research and trust your own guy feeling, if you want check ico ratings but dont weigh them over your own feelings

Some ICOs allow you to send from an exchange wallet but in general, it just makes more sense to use your own wallet (MEW or Metamask for example) where you know the private key. So you are on the safe side.

Yes, they have four bonus stages after the Pre-Ico which is over , they are in the ICO stage now, the bonuses decreases, that's 20%,15%,10% and 5% respectively and will run till 24th of January, after which comes the continued coin offering (CCO) phase
