http://www.hashharder.com/x17/peoplescurrency IS UP

I've set the diff quite low, and tested it with two cpu miners...

I will be monitoring how it goes, but please let me know:

Your actual hashrate vs reported..

and if you are having difficulty submitting shares.

stats are off for sure. i'm throwing 300kh/s at it but it's showing an average of 9 kh/s, shares arent being reported though the miners report plenty are being accepted.

hoping we can get some more hash built up, its slowly rising, I hope everyone will see a fair launch with fair distribution and difficulty adjustments and jump on the Peoples Currency pools Smiley I am always open to suggestions of course from the community for the direction that should be taken, what can we do to promote and all of that. Also still taking names for those that want to be part of the Peoples Currency board of trustees. Lets keep it legitimate and keep it fair, with these policies in place nobody can deny Peoples Currency and we can all mine knowing that we wont get F'd at the end of the day Smiley

ur stratum fcks up everytime connection terminated

hmm looks good to me, no problems to see.. maybe your cpu is too slow and connection "times out" ?

can you give a link of working cpu miner?

I only got the source from First Post

Hi, I'm trying to pool mine at your pool now as I'm not finding anything anymore soloing.

I tried using minerd with:

Code:
minerd -a -t 6 -s 4 -o stratum+tcp://people.suprnova.cc:3674 -u Weblogin.WorkerName -p WorkerPassword

as stated under the 'Getting started' tab, but it insta-crashes.

Also tried an old CGminer version that supports CPU, but that gets 100% invalid shares.

Any suggestions?

Edit: NVM, need a cryptohash miner.

had a bug in the payouts, fixed now !

I dont think it will. I think everything is as it should be here, Just need some more hash, Are people still having issues with the windows minerd.exe? If so I can try my hand at compiling one?

Good luck with that bud. Everytime I read and reread win instructions for compiling it makes my damn head hurt. Still, it would help the network a ton with the added hash... and help make things more 'fair' since us linux pukes get to run amok on the pools.

Ok, downloaded the compiled miner, but got an error because a cygintl-8.dll is missing. This one is not in the folder with .dll's. If I can find it somewhere I just have to place it in the same folder as the miner I guess?

OK, found the .dll here: http://dlldown.co/plus/download2.php?aid=71794, put it in the folder, and now get the error message:

"the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application".

50 PPL bounty for the person that can help me get this to work.

whats your .bat? someting like:

Quote
minerd -a cryptohash -o stratum+tcp://people.suprnova.cc:3674 -u user -p password

Exactly this, including correct user and pass.

http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f217/solved-application-was-unable-to-start-correctly-0xc000007b-636319.html mayhaps?

Didn't fix it. Will continue to solo-mine for now, maybe I'll still find some blocks.

Yes Peoples Currency had aimed to have fair distribution with a steady climb in difficulty and steady decline in block reward.
Everyone mining Peoples Currency needs to let everyone else know of the fairness and just quality of this currency so the rest of the community is aware
