Why do universities need a cryptocurrency that is not yet widely known to the public? Don’t they know of other popular currencies?
It’s just not yet a coin that everyone knows. It has fascinating technology; self-regulation, a payment system, a loyalty program, etc. How about you go out and try to change a cryptocurrency by tying it to a product or service. It is very difficult.

I read somewhere that soon institutions will implement a mandatory program for the study of cryptocurrencies. Perhaps more will be written about PerksCoin in literature on the topic of cryptocurrencies.
