It's not because there is no release for a week and no news on bitcointalk for 3 days that the coin is dead.
You'll get some really good news soon !
Actually, the masternode implementation is being tested.
A wallet update is in progress, with bug fixes and new interface, and should be released soon.
Vote system is on the way.
A new bespoke explorer is currently developed.
The community will also move to Discord soon for easier communication.
We don't want to give ETA as the priority is to have a stable and powerful ecosystem.

I am not too worried about pirl, the pirl platform needs solid and stable foundations on the tech side, that's what the devs are working on right now.
Don't forget the contest on twitter to win 1000 pirl, and the forum bounties Wink
