New v2.1.2.3 wallet update has been released on github by Stakebox. It is only mandatory if you are currently on v2.1.2.1 or below.

- Syncing chain from scratch not working in 2.1.2.2 has been fixed
- Main page's balance showing incorrectly in 2.1.2.2 has been fixed
- Compiling issues in certain Linus systems in 2.1.2.2 has been fixed
Notes
- If you are running 2.1.2.1 or below, it is mandatory to update to 2.1.2.2 or higher as it corrects budget & reward payments.
- If you are already running 2.1.2.2 without issues, it is not mandatory to update to 2.1.2.3 unless you would like fixes listed above.
- Upgrading from 2.1.2.1 or below to the 2.1.2.2 or 3 does not require a full resync. Just stop, replace binaries then restart wallet.
- As with any wallet upgrades, please backup first if it's an important wallet. (especially your staking or controller wallet etc)

I've updated my controller (Windows x64) and few masternodes (Windows & Linux) for starters. So far so good!

The help for darknetd says talks about "automated obfuscation",
-enableobfuscation= Enable use of automated obfuscation for funds stored in this wallet (0-1, default: 0)
So I would guess that one could manually enable obfuscate some coins from the CLI without any change or restart... but no...

if you are trying to run the Obfuscation purely from the daemon file, you need to add certain entries into your darknet.conf file. for example;
enableobfuscation=1
obfuscationrounds=2
anonymizedarknetamount=500
you will need to restart the daemon for these settings to take effect. (Also after changing them)

I just created a proposal to cover the cost of github private repos so the Dev's can all have their own personal private repo to work from. the cost is not that significant, but it should be covered by the project.

I see that effect on one of my windows 10 64bit machines syncing from scratch. No connects with the newest wallet.Can we please get some blockchain snapshot download love please?

Same problem. Win 64.There is a fix already pushed to github for the syncing from scratch issue for the self builders out there. I will be building new wallets as soon as I get back home. Or you can use a blockchain backup to get you going.
