No, I don't think you can get all coins.
My understanding is:
The game "Go" is played with 2 players.
You and hundreds of other player join in two teams.
All players from one team make a suggestion, which move will happen next.
If you guess the right move, you and all player who guess the right move will get a coin.
So you will maybe only guess every 20 st move right and get a coin.
We will see.

Given the fact that the devs are donating all ETH collected during this coin launch I'm thinking they arent concerned with the tiny amount of extra revenue that ads during gameplay would generate.

Except maybe as a way to measure potential ad revenue for any future coin launches which they hope to help run using their Proof-of-Play concept. But this is just a guess and I could be wrong.

I hope that it will be not next ROUND

I like that you did the math on this whole thing. That shows the maximum or presumed maximum through a dedicated 30 days. This whole concept is interesting and I haven't heard of something like this before. So, naturally it is interesting. Go is definitely not an easy game to master from my experience. It is like mastering Chess. Heck there are people that play Go for a living just like people that play Chess for a living. So, using Go as the vehicle for this is an additional level of different.

As I understand it, you can earn 1 token every 20 seconds you spend playing their online game, for a maximum of 3 hours a night and this runs for 30 days. Lets figure out how many tokens an individual could get if they did the maximums.

Lets convert tokens/seconds into total tokens/airdrop using the info in the ANN:

     1 token               60 seconds            60 minutes                3 hours                    30 days
  -------------------   x  ------------------------   x   ---------------------   x   ---------------------   x   -----------------------------
  20 seconds            1 minute                    1 hour                     1 day                 "airdrop" period

Multiply across the top and bottom and remove cancelled out units and we get:

         16200 tokens
    -------------------------------
       "airdrop" period

Or simply put, you can get 16200 tokens for free if you spend time on their website(app?) playing the game called 'Go'.

To get this many tokens it would require that you play for 3 hours each evening (the max allowed) for the entire "airdrop" period of 30 days which starts September 27, 2017.

And I didnt count the days between start and end dates and I'm assumimg it's 30. Also I am assuming all that is required is to play (win or lose), and also that you are allowed to play nonstop for the 3 hours per day that play is allowed.

The thread moves really fast if there's an airdrop.   

As far as I understood, you are playing as a team.

Voting Rewards:
Players join teams and are rewarded for voting about where their next stone will be placed.

So the group votes about the next move an I get a coin only, if I voted for the "right" next move?

The game is "Go", a japanese strategy board game for two players.
Maybe almost nobody knows "Go", and therefore nobody recognized this little word in the OP.

I am looking for a way to participate in the airdrop provided by this project and also hope that this project will grow well and many investors are interested in this project.

@minerbro the Proof-of-play airdropping will start on 27th of September and last for one full month. This is the only period where PLAY tokens will be created
