yes... it's been quiet for some time now, but you can share your ideas
maybe dev team could incorporate your idea to their next update
that's why they opened TG group for us to discuss PLY and anything related
based on Project Roadmap, currently we are on "donation" phase

Hey Michelle, so do you need to enter your password at the beginning of the game? If not, it could be possible that your browser does not save a cache and therefore your wallet file does not get saved - in this case please try another browser - hope that helps.

if you guys was using chrome, my instructions below might help you recover/recreate .json file
provided that your browser still have local storage cache intact

go to https://play.lab10.coop/gameboard
then press F12 > Resources > Local Storage > https://play.lab10.coop
next to key web3js_wallet double click on its value then CTRL-C to copy everything
open a notepad and paste it and remove '[' at the beginning and ']' at the end
then jump to saving instruction at the end of this post

or you can type the script below on the console (after pressing F12)
> localStorage.getItem("web3js_wallet");
it returns with something like "[{"version":3 ...long.json.format... e7"}}]"
copy everything between '[' and ']' then open a notepad and paste it
the follow the saving instruction below

saving instructions:
click File > Save As...
change "Save as type" to All Files then give the file a name ending with .json
click save, you're done

I checked the cliqz browser out of curiosity.
Looks like that due to one of some possible security settings, the cache won't get saved / temporary files not stored.
