Noobish HPC developers somehow lost premine, and therefore announced a relaunch tomorrow. Looks like I was mining vapor last several hours.
Not again? Something like that happened to CIV ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/civcivilization-coin-pos-7000000-611640 )

Everything was fine, we were all mining without problem, the price in exchange was good... until the dev post a panic warning that made no sense ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6888189 ).

In a second the dev killed his own coin.  Angry

anybody any ideas about happycoin? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-happycoin-hpy-x11-5pos-good-luck-616114

it's x11, 46mio coins, 1% (was dropped from 30% due to community Response) pos anually (min: 12hrs, max: 30days), 0,1%premine, bounties, twitter giveaways

1 thing not looking good for me: first Exchange will be coinano. Looks like a 0 btc volume Exchange. so the bounty for first Exchange maybe get dumped immediately if the coin hits a high btc trading Exchange. But that shouldn't be a big Problem, what do you think?

We've been busy today working out a hosting arrangement with one of the leading DDoS-protection providers in the industry and getting things switched over. We just cut over to the new stratum endpoint IP, so if you see a problem with your miner's connection just re-add the pool and you should be fine. We haven't seen any problems with miners cutting over automatically though.

Most of the new coins that have seemed to show promise recently have been x11. We still love scrypt, and are definitely watching out for good scrypt coins though, don't worry! Smiley

Hi Ipominer, just curious, if you don't mind me asking, for how long more are we mining Naut? Do you already have a next one in mind?

I will add a question. It looks at the moment that more effort is going into X11? Could be connected with more new coins from X11? But yeah Naut a bit long and not profitable when the  course is not rising in the future.

When people ask this, it's usually a good sign to switch haha, I stay busy when the mining profit is good Cheesy
Probably any startup coin that looks like the developer knows what they're doing is better than Naut at this point in my opinion, based on current trading value.

Been having some good luck with ipominer, even when the front-end was down, it seems I kept getting my hash rate.

We were affected by a DDoS attack today, where our provider nullrouted all traffic to our servers. We often get smaller attacks which are successfully fended off, but today's attack was apparently more than our provider wanted to handle. We were down from approximately 10:18am to 1:17pm Eastern time today as a result.

We have taken steps to source a connection from a more resilient provider and will be implementing that as soon as possible.
