There are a few ongoing issues that we are working to resolve at the moment. Apologies to those of you that may have emailed today and not gotten a quick response -- we're working our way through the backlog.

First, and most importantly, many of you will see negative balances in your UVC accounts currently - they are correct. We were mistakenly crediting POS blocks as mined blocks on UVC, until a few hours ago, which incorrectly inflated your UVC balances. Out of a total of 3918 UVC blocks we credited to miners, 761 blocks were actually POS blocks which provided no real block reward although we credited them as if they did.

If you've cashed out UVC and are now showing a negative balance, and you still have some sitting in an exchange account... we would love to get it back. Since ipoMiner doesn't act as a wallet and we don't have deposit functionality on the site, you can transfer UVC to us at Uiurp4UhbC46Dpy1eokYMaP1wgfyB58fsq and email [email protected] with the transactionid to get it credited into your balance.

On another topic, IVC and CINNI appear to be forked - we've been in contact with MintPal about IVC and are trying to come up with a solution for that. CINNI has been less urgent since it isn't actively being mined, but its something to be aware of.

We were mistakenly crediting POS blocks as mined blocks on UVC, until a few hours ago, which incorrectly inflated your UVC balances. Out of a total of 3915 UVC blocks we credited to miners, 758 blocks were actually POS blocks which provided no real block reward although we credited them as if they did.

The problem with incorrectly crediting POS blocks as mined blocks has been fixed, and all mined blocks in the future will be treated as they normally would be. If you have a negative balance for UVC, it can be resolved by depositing UVC/emailing us as I mentioned, or by continuing to mine UVC.

On another topic, IVC and CINNI appear to be forked - we've been in contact with MintPal about IVC and are trying to come up with a solution for that. CINNI has been less urgent since it isn't actively being mined, but its something to be aware of.

Any word on my cashout?  I haven't heard anything from support all day.

Edited to add:  Got it now, thanks!

Yes, we've noticed delays in page loads. We moved the database server onto a large dedicated server about 40ms away from the web server, which is apparently what has caused the delays. We'll be moving the web server as well within the 2 days, which should resolve the issue.
Awesome thanks.  Looking forward to having that instantaneous response from the website back.

Sure.  I sent one this morning and , just sent another one.  It's stuck at requesting.  I don't think anyone has mined that coin in a while so not sure if that is the issue or what.  Any help would be great, thanks Smiley

You are right, since the update the Website takes up to 10 seconds to refresh.
Not a big deal, but maybe this Information helps ipominer to improve Situation (maybe this lag has to be there for sth like ddos protection (entering the mintpal Website also takes a while while the browser is getting checked) or sth like that)

Yeah but after that first check it doesn't do that anymore and the pageloads are quick on mintpal. ipominer stays slow(5-10seconds per page).
Just to make it clear: I have the same problem and the pageloads were quick before the maintenance.

Thanks for the confirmation, glad it isn't just me then.  True about the cloudflare protection on sites like mintpal, but normally the delay is only upon first connecting to the site, the rest of the navigation within the session is delay-free.

Update: The maintenance was completed in about 15 minutes and everything is fully operational again.

We're going to be doing some maintenance on the backend in a few minutes, there will be some interruptions on both the pool/stratum and site for approximately the next hour.
Is anyone noticing significant lag when navigating ipominer.com?  Ever since the maintenance (or, at least that's when I noticed it), navigating anywhere in the site causes 5-10 second lag time before the page shows up.  I used to be able to hit refresh or click on "Account" to see updates to my balances instantaneously but now the little spinning icon in my browser hangs out for what seems like an eternity before the page changes.  If it is only me, I will blame something on my end.  Let me know what you all are experiencing Smiley

Has anyone else seen this?  I just saw the following on Bittrex.

"AsiaCoin market being delisted

If you are not aware of the AsiaCoin situation, please refer to the bitcointalk thread. Long story short, turns out there was a hidden premine in the source code. We have cancelled all pending orders in AC and returned funds. The wallet is re-opened for the time being. We will be monitoring the situation closely as it develops."

Yes, the original AsiaCoin thread here may have been deleted as I couldnt find it just now, but if you can the fun starts about page 270. It occurred to someone to try running the raw hex from the first block transaction and it came back as a 3.5B (yes, billion!) premine. Not entirely sure how they managed to keep that out of the "total coin supply" figure reported by the wallet, the dev deleted the source code from Github shortly after the discovery was posted.

Kind of feels like everyone assumes that someone else will have checked the source code for these coin launches, but I guess noone does....
