ask coinexchange dev contacted them many times they refuse to tell the problem.

In my opinion, the reason for this problem is obvious.
All these exchanges are engaged in coining.
Since the conditions of coinage imply the retention of the amount, and its change in the direction of minus leads to zeroing (3 day delay), they are forced to run to this method of holding POS coins.
What of itself leads to this negative.
The solution to this problem is in the hands of Dev, consensus of the exchange and developer.
Or adding to a more serious exchange of the top 10.
But the developer is busy with the credit platform.
And we should not wait for a quick solution to this problem.
