There is not even one new coin for the past two months with such a healthy market resistance. someone dumping Huh 2 days ago someone bought 10 mil  on 5 one shot .

Yeah last 2 months passed scam MN coins. Most of them disappered and the others prices dumped so much. Like RACE, ARGO, LIZ, QBIQ..
This one seems good. Nice project and team. I got some XTL but these days price is not good..

Was browsing through the folders and found some logs stellite-wallet-rpc.log seems to be throwing a lot of THROW EXCEPTION: error::no_connection_to_daemon

stellite-wallet-cli.log too says: [ERROR] [stellite-wallet-cli]>>> Error: wallet failed to connect to daemon: http://localhost:20189. Daemon either is not started or wrong port was passed. Please make sure daemon is running or restart the wallet with the correct daemon address.

New wallet downloaded. Was synchronizing with the blockchain when windows update kicked in and rebooted the system. Now stucked on Loading Wallet... Height

can you check if stellited.exe is running and / or stellite-rpc.exe?
None. Can only see StelliteGUIWallet.exe running in my task manager. No other stellite-like program running on the background either

can you check if its being blocked by your antivirus Exclude the wallet directory to be sure?
in the resources\bin folder there should be stellited.exe, stellite-wallet-rpc.exe and stellite-wallet-cli.exe are those still there?
Added to exclusion. Went as far as disenabling AV. stellited.exe, stellite-wallet-rpc.exe and stellite-wallet-cli.exe are all in the bin folder

Natural market correction. Whatever you do, never panic sell! Always do the opposite of the market trend. If a coin is in the red, buy. If a coin is in green, sell.

I would be very careful with generalist advice as that means that the market is always dumb. The market by far isn't dumb though all the time. Doing research is a useful tool, much more useful than the rule "just do always the opposite" Wink
Well, of course! Any smart investor has to prioritize knowledge over anything else. If a trader doesn't have an RSS feed which they constantly refresh, then they're not a very smart trader.

CryptoNightV7 ??

Asic?
We are currently testing CryptoNightV7 and if it feels bulletproof on test-net we will immediately schedule a hard fork to retain ASIC resistance.

Thank you! Smiley

V7 is still not the final solution. Special modification would be the best solution at this moment to keep away with the ASICs even including some character changes in mining tools. The ASICs will then not spend money and time to develop a specific ASIC to mine your coins unless your project moves to very top. Then in that situation, you will have more resources to overcome this issue.
This would mean a lot more development from our side. It isn't hard to make a small special modification, but it will be very resource intensive and take a lot of time to port every single piece of mining and pool software, etc...

Synchronization with the blockchain is stuck at 7%. Is it because I'm using wallet v0.0.2?
Will download the update and see if it fixes the proble,

Best is to use the new wallet yes.
alternative if you keep this issue try removing the whole c:\programdata\stellite folder to be sure you start good and fresh.
Thanks. Downloading the wallet now. Will follow instructions and update on progress
