Please try to login to wallet.callisto.network with ETH network then choose your CLO network, if it doesn’t work do the same but with ETC network.
Once you choose your address on the left right corner to switch the network to Callisto one, you will get access to all your funds and will be available to make the transactions.

If that doesn't solve the issue please try to follow these guide :

Do you have some CLO in your wallet to cover Tx fees?

If so, are you sure you haven't claimed before to try to withdraw? Because the "claim" action will send your reward to your balance and blocks your deposit for a new 27 days round.
