Also, this evening an antivirus eset nod 8 announced that the wallet is a virus: a trojan and deleted a file. This is probably a false positive report. A similar message was reported to me in the wallet as well as Kekcoin or biblepay coin. You can resolve this by installing a wallet in the VMware workstation or Oracle VM VirtualBox if someone has a worry to run on the main PC. At least I have solved it so.

And we are also now looking into a new partnership as of now.

The details need to be worked out, and if everything fits. And the community approves it.
Then we will start to work on that side project immediately.

This new project will not affect the work and effort we put into our exchange.
This two projects will be with separate teams for development.

How to proceed?

delete everything in appdata/altcom folder except wallet.dat , try with or without vpn , try running with admin , wait at least 30 minutes and if none worked use exchange wallet.
also there is a interface bug with some new wallets like intense, dark matter and this one that sometimes even tho wallet is in sync , red text won't go away and there is no green tick down right in this case you are getting the coins and staking only your UI is sucked and to be sure you need to check the current block by console "getmininginfo" and check the block count of explorer to see if its really synced.

I was very surprised to see so few people join in... although the dev has made it earlier now and given a longer warning so that more people can be on time this time.

When did you apply for swap? I think it was limited time only. So in any case you were late for the application. It is clear that you were late for the swap and you will lose all your old coins.
