It looks like the tokens haven't been distributed yet which may save me.

When I purchased the POWR tokens I used my ETH address on my exchange instead of my wallet 

Is it possible to change where they are delivered if they haven't been delivered yet?

I have emailed [email protected] - twice over a few weeks no but no reply.

With regard to the public sale ICO, there is a clear explanation of how the tokens will be distributed.

1. The Main TGE Sale will sell 150M tokens over 4 weeks.
2. There will be a weekly discount structure applied for the first 3 weeks (see Token Paper link for more details - https://tge.powerledger.io/media/Power-Ledger-TGE-Token-Paper.pdf).
3. The token price will be determined by the market
4. Tokens will be distributed no later than 4 weeks, after close of the Main Sales.
5. Tokens will be listed on exchanges shortly after the sale.

There is no minimum or maximum cap on contributions, and no minimum or maximum value set for the ICO.
What this means is the total $$$ raised during the 4 weeks will determine the final price of each token. No one will know what the total value of the final raise will be until AFTER the 4 week sale period.

the price is 0.088 usd/token
and price based on that time.

I want to check if I understand the ICO process...
Is it true that the token price is not known beforehand? So, after the ICO is open, it is dividing amnount of token by funds raised to get price per token?
Or will there be a fixed token price before ICO starts?

Tokens will be distributed after the main sale

The pre sale has now closed and the main sale is about to open, in week one there will be a 15% bonus for participants, in week 2 there will be a 10% bonus and in week 3 a 5%bonus in the last week there will be no bonus given.

You have missed this round of presale to buy the tokens. It has been ended successfully now all you can do is to wait patiently and keep eye on the announcement for main round of selling which is ICO. I also in similar position like you to buy in next crowdfunding round after missing this one.

Don't worry about Pre-sale price at $0.088.The ICO will sell the remainder 160M tokens over the course of 4 weeks. It’s encouraging they already had 16 strategic partners.
It will be easy to be raised more than 20MMUSD on ICO,If that happened,pre-sale buyers will pay less money than main ICO.
