and now I think it's time to buy power ledger token, because the price is dumping, $ 0.845 / power if the roadmap is running as it should, beta test of new application will be done in Q4 2018, so I think the token power price will go up many fold by the end of this year

It is good to see healthy competition here in crypto. The market is too wide so they should have big chance of success. The good thing about Power Ledger is they already have partnerahips that when worked out successfully would eventually make them reliable and trusted that can make more partnerships becomes easier on other parties.

I would love to see it hit at least a couple bucks this year. A lot of new money is entering crypto so it's only a matter of time before the GOOD projects start taking front stage.
