difficulty is low when coins are launched.

once difficulty adjusts every 2016 blocks, it will reach 10 minute blocks.  but not right now, there has to be time for difficulty to adjust, and miners are mining low difficulty.  Hence the fast blocks.

There was 1200 kHs upd:network hashrate. 800 of it was mine. I don't think it was orphaned blocks.

orphaned blocks, always happens. somebody mined the block just before you.  mine in a pool, it's more consistent.  a pool is setup now.
