that I do not like. The position coin is also described as one more opportunity to thank the streamer. streamers are watched by gamers. gamers have a video card. but on pools, judging by the load on the network and the number of miners, only the asiks are extracted. it's sad. needed to be protected from asiks. then the coin would have at least a little to justify itself. and now her 10 people will heat hundreds of thousands and kill the price

Reasonable idea, although as others have noted, the copyright issue is a problem.

I'd be inclined to skirt around the copyright a little by at least changing the wallet icon and start thinking about how you can be the "unofficial" payment for Twitch streamers.

Twitch will always own the platform, no matter the branding.  This coin could be named "StreamerCoin", and results would be the same. It's centralized on Amazon's server.

now, I am not trying to undercut anybody,  amazon still receives their cut when donators contribute and sub in.  this is just another option to add the benefit to streamers through us, the miners.

Twitch may put on some sort of ban, but they cannot take down the blockchain.  We will see how it goes, it's an experimental project.
They cannot ban every single streamer on there if this project gets accepted.

how is this possible ? This coin is about to have issues, as long money involved, and is COIN ... will need a rebrand on the way. so pump and dump coin.

is like having amazoncoin or ebaycoin. can u imagine this last ? its brand issue as direct money making is involved. what if they want to make their coin next year. they can't cos there is one. so will be issues... my 2c.

They might release their own coin, who knows but they haven't...but if streamers don't use it, then it will be useless anyways.  It will depend if streamers want to accept it.

If they released their own coins, how will it work? it'll be centralized if it does...defeats the purpose of blockchain.  and if its a mining coin like this one, it'll be the same project, under their control.

Interesting initiative, but I feel we need an official streaming coin with a good roadmap and tech team. This one won't cut it.

This project may die, yes, if nobody supports it.  So everyone can vote with their hashing power to keep it alive.  Otherwise it was worth a shot launching it.

Make sure you let streamers know there is a currency dedicated to supporting streamers on twitch.

...

**Disclaimer: All Twitch product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders (Amazon, Inc). Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.**

Using a well-known brand with no actual affiliation seems super sketchy. And you're developing a coin for streamers but have yet to tell any of them? Why would they prefer your coin over the donations they already accept?

As for the coin itself, why the 10% premine? You included nothing about why you're holding on to 2.1 million coins. No website of your own, no team, no whitepaper, no roadmap... nothing but virus reports, really.

I don't make any claims being affiliated with amazon, you've read the disclaimer.

We just launched, of course nobody knows about it yet....it will depend on the interest in this project...when miners start having coins, they can start donating to their streamers and let the streamers know...we only launched today.

yes there is 10% premine, it's partly for bounties, and partly for creating the coin.  If you have an issue with that, then don't mine/support the project.

Most streamers can only accept subs, and donations through paypal/credit card (fiat).

This coin is another option for them, based on cryptocurrency.

Also the beauty of this is you're just offering an additional way to show support to streamers, instead of replacing an old one.  The guy asked "Why would they prefer your coin over the donations they already accept?"  But you dont need to replace anything; there is no need to prefer twitch coin over other forms of donation.  Streamers can still accept any existing form of donation.  And, a streamer can also accept twitch coin.  In this way, your project will be much easier for streamers to adopt, as they do not need to lose any current income.
