Only time knows the exact answer on this question. The value of token will depend on supply and demand for such kind of services after adding it to the exchange.
The funny thing is that I cannot see the Soft cap on the website. Usually as I know projects make a soft cap, even the most promissing ones...
Trends in the market show that installing a soft cap is for the most part an unnecessary, useless parameter, which can easily be discarded when conducting an ICO.
So the project will start in any case? Even if there will be only 10 ETH collected?

I guess the splendidness of the project is not Olga Buzova's effort but her team, especially the author of idea. To me, this media person wouldn't have managed to come up with such a gorgeous project herself. What is more, this project wouldn't have been so ambitious were it on a shoestring budget (like some of the interesting and really useful projects).

I don't believe that you can collect the necessary amount and implement all those projects that are mentioned in the White Paper being just a famous person. And taking into account that it's well-known how exactly this person has achieved such popularity. This is not Oprah Winfrey, so the project will not take off.
