All the calculations were performed in October 2017 per ruble/dollar/ETH/BTC model. ETH was about 300$ at that moment.

The point is Spassk's district of Primorskiy Krai where the original scene to be located is 250+ sunny days a year. It is reasonable amount for solar energy, and appropriate calculations were previously made.

Solar energy provides the day work of the whole farm, at night electricity from a network source

Thats one way to use all the excess heat in a mining farm! So you use solar energy to run mining machines which give of heat which you then use to heat the greenhouse?
