We need some clarification about big companies as you are claiming they invested into this project. I browsed their official accounts but unable to find such kind of news. Maybe that top secret project which started by SEC and FBI and they forced these companies to use Waves asset.

The companies indicated on the website do not invest in our project.
We will buy their outstanding shares in the open market to provide token. The Fixcoin token indicates a part of listed companies belonged to cryptocommunity.

newbie started ICOs are always scams, there are no other explanations.
We are ready to help you to understand the separate parts of project and the project in general, if the participant is intersted in it.
Your opinion becomes valuable, when it is consistent.
The fact that bitcointalk account has "newbie" status tells that we started to post here recently.

yes, you understood correctly. In other words, the price of the token will change relative to other fiat currencies or cryptocurrency, and the cost of the token will always be equal to the value of the purchased shares in total.
