Why is it called multilevel cashback service? It looks more like a marketplace.

My thoughts exactly. Sadly I don't know russian so I can't really explore russian sources but from what I've learned the guys are actively participating in all kinds of crypto events in Russia and other countries, so they're definitely developing.

I just hope the mobile app runs on older version of android too. Mine is not the newest, and I dont plan to replace my phone any time soon.
