Well, if we speak about permission for construction at Saipan, than yes, only after ICO, though some negotiation already in progress.
If to speak about expansion of Dockyard, most of documents are ready at this time. It will take a while to finalize them, but it won't take long.

Legenrich launched the first platform to develop, build and operate a Floating Resort around the world. Decentralized blockchain technology is used in our project as proof of ownership and as payment technology.

For development of Saipan, the company at Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands will founded, which is with actually US jurisdiction but at the same time rather different from US.
For development of Lago Maggiore there are still doubts, wether we need Italian company, or it is enough with those we already have.
Anyway, try to imagine us running away with entire dockyard, half built yachts, already built yachts )))

We have the same thoughts also. This kind of project needs serious rich investors and by launching this thru crypto means it will just end up as a scam. This project is developing like the Palm Jumeirah in UAE. So please give us solid proofs that you have that credibility for this kind of project.
