I don't think a well funded project like modultrade would face some problems listing on exchanges.
But of course, i would prefer binance.

I think it won't be that hard to get the Modul.Trade token listed on one (or even more) of these exchanges and I am sure the devs are already in negotiations with the exchanges. As soon as the ICO is over we will see where they tokens can be traded.

Token sale already started for some time now and we already on third phase. There will be fourth phase as well. Modultrade token sale will end at January, 27th 2018 fyi.
demo shows nice platform. I can only imagine will better and better from beyond this point. ModulTrade platform will be launch faster than any other ICO that alone can be big.

Some time ago they talked about Contorion GmbH being their first partner, one of their founders is among Modultrades advisors, but haven't read anything about this partnership recently.

What's the cost of this "trading freedome"?
Most of ICOs are like this, the idea is that you reward the early adopters because they are the ones risking the most, so the later ones get less, still, it works enough I guess, as I said before, most ICOs do this, very few go for different approches.
Then what is the point of the later stages? You might as well have one phase with a discount and finish it after that. And if you have only one phase, you can also scrap the discount.
Most of the time ico is a process.
And lots of things happen in the process. Early adopters get the best price but take the biggest risk also.
For example, for modultrade, i remember there was not a platform in the beginning. Later there was a crappy one and now it is way better.
it takes time to develop, but at least they offered a demo to see how it all works. that matters a great deal.
If Amazon or Alibaba for example decide to change their model and do the same as you, what would it happen?
Healthy competition, although it's very unlikely that Amazon or Alibaba would change their business model.

Actually there is no 100% perfect system, that is why we have many different versions of Windows OS. Similarly, I would assume Modultrade developers will continue to enhance its platform to satisfy its end users.

I am very happy when i see a new ico with a technology which is useful for many businesses, it will help them to grow or are least il will be easier.
