No, they dont have partnership with them. They have partnership with some chinese partners (they wrote this in twitter).

There weren't too many movements at the last second also it was a very long ico phase so i ask myself the extension was really necessary?

At least it is only 3 days and i hope it will reach 7m modultrade at this time.

I wouldn't be so cynical about that. Not that they can do no wrong but this ICO is really hot. And if people request for a short extension, it is only fair to respond to it. ModulTrade will do very well. You and I are not blind to that. So aren't the late investors.

Only good things can happen with this extension, for sure are people that found this project in late state and maybe want to invest so every coin will help

Maybe this is correct .. But on the other hand, sales have not yet grown too much, even 10000ETH is not collected. And besides, 5% discount is saved. In some ways it looks like a sale at any price. The sale went well and 3 days is a really short time to have a "sale at any price". Don't overthink stuff. It was said above that it was done as a courtesy to investors who were interested and didn't have enough time to invest.

Don't misunderstand their statement. It is a deal with YANGTING INTERNET TECHNOLOGY. And YANGTING INTERNET TECHNOLOGY is an investment vehicle for Alibaba. Of course when people read a big big name like Alibaba they immediately see dollar signs, but Modultrade has been clear about what the partnership is.

That being said, i feel like this is a really really good partner for them to have right now and with the string of partners they have already made i have full confidence in this project. People just shouldn't blow things out of proportion.
