Binance isn't good based on my experience. I try to make an account on that exchange for couple of times but as I get, they aren't accept new users anymore at least for this time.

Well, this is just temporary because they want to provide the better experience to existing customers rather than adding new.

I am also hoping for kucoin, it has become one of my favourite exchanges, would be great to see Modultrade on Kucoin

Yes, Kucoin has become very popular exchange in a short time, a listing of MTR would be really cool.

I heard that Kucoin's office is located in Chengdu, China . I do not know whether the recent legal policies of the Chinese government have an impact on their operations

Kucoin actually moved to from mainland China to Hong Kong to avoid the gov regulations, so they should be fine.

Even in mainland China the rules will most like change very soon and in blockchain's favor

Platform is not running yet and it works in the presentation mode, I think after ICO ending and listing - contracts will be concluded and platform will be launched.

I remember a few pages ago people were saying that the platform is fully working. And to trade you can.... I'm confused(

If I'm not mistaken, ModulTrade has a working platform already and not in the beta version.
