So you guessed it, Joe.sixer and Givedusty is probably paid bloggers working for bounties. Aimlessly chatting away about irrelevant things just to increase thread views. If this was a legit ICO they will have acknowledged/apologized on the first page for using a black hat trick to try an influence potential investors.
