The focus of TalenSnap is to build a new field of research that involves powerful Zero-knowledge proof AL models besides the decentralized and encrypted data that they already have. The platform seeks to advance its scope in R&D in Homomorphic Encryption, Federal learning, and proof- of- identity. Then it will combine its efforts with the radically changing FitScore technology to achieve its goal of true hiring automation.

From my point of view, if hundreds of millions of unique indicators of candidates and employers will be analyzed, there’s no doubt that TalentSnap has the potential to disrupt the entire global employment industry and beyond.

FitScore seems complicated (hard to tell what all the indicators being analyzed are), but might be very effective is the ML-tech behind it is solid
