Yes, EU residents holding over 20,000 Tempo tokens eligible to receive a Tempo debit card (Visa/MC). The debit card will be connected directly to the Stellar blockchain. The customer must meet standard “know your customer” (“KYC”) requirements.
By providing, a free debit card (Visa/ MC) with its international banking reference code (IBAN), you are allowed to use it at all ATM’s around the world.
