It seems like success of the project would depend on suppliers (farmers) compliance with project guidelines to accurately record and share data of the harvest and such. Unless you get govt backing on something like this why would they comply? Extra cost for them.
I think project is dead(( Long time i see no activity in socials, no news on official site and topicstarter last visit was 02/06
Maybe the idea of the project did not find the support of a sufficient number of investors?
as I see at the contract address, sold less than 1 million out of 770 for the entire preICO period

Let's have patience and do not make hasty conclusions. Conducting an ICO project is not an easy task. Each member of the team is busy. We need to wait for the official announcements of the team representative.

Project's aim is to track the documents and data authenticity, and also supply chain. We are fighting for quality food. We are trying to increase products verifications. Our goal is to create community, that would discuss quality and data verification. We are working on the metric, due to the Ecos system it would be possible to make a claim if data is not authentic. Our orientation is directed to the work with laboratory and the government. We help to prevent counterfeit and bureaucracy.
