Community manager is not doing his job. The usual thing in such projects where they try to save money on everything that is possible. Not fact that bounty at the end is generally considered and paid
Let's see what the team will say to these claims.
Hi thanks for the feedback. We have received some complaints about the bounty manager. As far as I know these are all solved (updating the spreadsheet problem). I will double check this with our bounty manager to be sure.
To explain the setup in short. Our marketing team has hired a bounty manager to arrange our bounty campaign. The whole point in this was that the founders and team members of the AEN project were able to spend their on other important parts of the project... So, its not about saving money, its about dividing tasks so everybody can do what they are good at.
But indeed, the downside of this is that for example I myself, due to my busy schedule at the moment, dont check the status of the bounty campaign each day, assuming the bounty manager does his job, and if not our marketing team steps in... Unfortunately it seems that this process isnt running fully smoothly, so i apologize for that.
I will contact both the marketing team as our bounty manager to fix this right away. Not only for the participants of the bounty campaign, but also for ourselves and the project. Offcourse it isnt good for us either if people our complaining about the bounty campaign so its in our best interest to solve this as well.
