However, the first phase will be limited to Whitelist Subscribers.

If the housing administration joins and moves within the blockchain area, I think you're moving in the right territory. because it looks a lot of Real Estate projects join in marketing and fundraising through cryptocurrency

The project does sounds legit, it also has a dumping protection by limiting the amount of coin purchase.
That is real good idea in preventing the price of the coins dropping when it hits the market.

I see in the token distribution strategy there is no token reserved for airdrop/bounty or for advertisig, from where token for this thing will be taken? Is it taken from tokens which reserved for the team?

As described in the presentation, 38% of the token initial distribution is allocated for Team and Project Development.
This includes Marketing, Translations and the Airdrop & Bounty Program.

Welcome and thank you for this pertinent question Iamtutut.
20% are blocked for the project development for the next 3 years
12% are allocated for the airdrops & bounties ( one for the pre-sale and one for the ICO) / unclaimed tokens will be burned
6% are allocated for big bounties (translations, various contribution and promotion) / unclaimed tokens will be burned
On the subject, in our presentation, no one has pointed out yet that 3% are not showing.
Our graphic designer didn't want to overload this graphic for more readability,
so those invisible 3% are dedicated to our present and future project advisors.
This information is no mystery and visible on our website.
All our documentation is being improved in preparation for the ICO.
