How You Can Benefit by Becoming a Caviar Token Holder?

Under existing market conditions investors often demand fast results and guaranteed liquidity. Caviar makes this possible.
Caviar’s predecessor, Caviar Capital, has been operating a successful real estate lending fund for the past 5 years, and built a reputation among real estate developers as a trusted business partner. Now, Caviar is ready to take this experience and connections, and begin deploying funds immediately following the close of the token generating event. That means that our investors and token holders’ funds are immediately put to work and start generating returns.

At the end of every quarter, 75% of net profits will be distributed to token holders in ETH, and will provide immediate benefits and returns on investment.

Another benefit to token holders is the continuous increase in NAV (net asset value). 20% of the quarterly net profit will be reinvested back into the fund to grow token value which should (this is something that we can not guarantee) increase the price of the Caviar token.
Further to this, Caviar will use 5% of net quarterly profits to buy back CAV tokens on Exchanges, and provide additional liquidity and increased demand. All purchased tokens will be destroyed. By buying and burning CAV tokens every quarter, Caviar will accomplish two things: decrease supply which will boost demand and increase token value; decrease the amount of token float, thus increasing profit distribution to each token holder.

Pardon me but a few months ago so many ICO with share profit has failed to get into bittrex or poloniex exchanges because this terms. And i just wondering is that total income that this project get will publish in every quarter? or we just know the total of 75% share profit?

We are going to allocate the funds between our crypto and real estate portfolios based on our market analysis at the time, and at the end of the first quarter we send investors 75% of our net profits in ETH, while reinvesting 20% and using a portion of the profits to buy back and burn tokens. Investors will be receiving quarterly distributions and will have liquidity on exchanges. When our crowdfunding and community platform is ready, investors will be also able to select projects you wish to participate in to earn extra profit.

FAQ: What’s the hard cap? it says goal is 25m. so it will close at that? and any unsold tokens will be burned?

Hard cap is 25 million. If there are any unsold tokens remaining, they will be reserved for US-only offering at a later date at the prevailing price on the Exchanges. Tokens for Caviar partners will be locked for 6 months.


Are US people excluded for now? If you then offer tokens for US-only, couldn't you get in legal trouble for that?
