The purpose of creating this coin is to create crypto's first sound money currency. We are choosing income producing real estate as the coins backing in order to reward holders of this coin. People like when their value is predictably preserved in asset backed currency and we believe the additional passive income had through earning more PAX token determined by your percent ownership of PAX vs. net income is one of the key investment use cases.
Many ICOs that have gone out or are coming to market will not return any value at all to token holders OR claim they will return value but might not for many years. The Praetorian Group will start acquiring properties they have already targeted within 30-45 days after closure of the ICO and holders will receive their rewards shortly thereafter.
