Private Placement Details

TimeTraveler AG, based in Zurich, is owned 50% by the founders Dr Jurg Richards and William Brower, and 50% by Rothbadi & Co (www.rothbadi.com) headquartered in the UK. The company is currently being registered and all TimeTraveler IP including non-compete shareholder agreement will be in place ready for launch. The joint venture has contracted Centre for Citizenship Enterprise and Governance (CCEG) to manage their Private Placement through the secure tried and tested platform www.seratio-coins.world which conducted the UK’s first ICO with UK regulator FCA guidance in October 2017.

For the first Private Placement in TimeTraveler™ Coin for each GBP£ 1.00 invested – Investors will receive 1 TimeTraveler™ Coin that will be enabled as a TimeTraveler™ Microshare Token in Phase 3 for use on exchanges. The TimeTraveler™ token will be a tradeable Ethereum ERC20 standard digital currency.

The technology behind it has already been taken through Initial Coin Offering which was 100% successful.
The TimeTraveler™ Coin will be deposited in a newly created free personal digital SER Wallet for the investor within specified time of receipt of cleared funds. The token will then be fully tradable or exchangeable by the investor.

The minimum Private Placement Investment is UK£ 10,000, UK£ 5 million soft cap with 55% discount

Please note this is not an ICO – there is no public offering.
All investors must fall within the definition of “Experienced Investor” – FSA (experienced investor funds) Regulations 2012. It is recommended that all investors do their due diligence.
