we cant know that for sure, but we can predict, and ask the driver to do the video checkpoint/attendance every week
the rate is based on daily rent, but the payment be made per 3days, so if payment pending or anything, will be shown on the ledger

That is the only way we can get CAR coin but for people who don't have the opportunity for car rental, they can simply sell them in exchange. So what % they are going to give us if we stake FRAS coin in the wallets?
