It seems the dev can't even be bothered to release the wallets unless people pay upfront by pre-ordering.
At least no time wasted mining a dead coin

Thanks a lot. We're trying.
Unfortunately marketing seems to be more important than real value, and we don't have a lot to spend on marketing nor a picture oriented ico, so it's not going that great. Hopefully it will catch up.

If things go well in the presale, in a week or even less.
The thing is we want to release a very user friendly miner for our pool, something as easy to use as minergate, and we're working on it. We'll need to hire freelancers to finish the job and spend a few days beta testing. To do this we need a few more sales or donations.

We're thinking about auctioning part of the coins that are now on presale to speed up the process a little bit. If people show interest here or elsewhere we'll do it.
