I agree on this. The more we can test the more bugs that will be out of the system when it will be launched officially. It might be a good idea to make a google spreadsheet where people who have experience in IT can opt-in for the beta.

Beta and demo are two different things. Beta should be available to handful of people only so, that production roll out would be without any hurdle.
I think I read before that the beta will be open for investors as a reward, and for some other selected people, investors will have the privilege to use it first and give opinions on how to improve it, as a result they will already have points in when it goes live, though I don't know de exact date apart from being in 2018, anyway, lets just worry more about the ICO for now, which is the next step in the readmap at the moment
