I was interested in the following phrase. I would like to clarify, but how is the exchange organized with FIAT?

As a Block Producer candidate, Worbli BP will be participating in the eos-bios seednet launches.  Eos-bios is a tool authored by EOS Canada and is perhaps  the most promising mechanism for launching the EOS mainnet.  Each seed network is used to bootstrap the subsequent network until we launch the mainnet.
