The smart contract of the reserve fund will also receive 10% of the net income of TransCrypt in cryptocurrencies every quarter. After 12 months, the TransCrypt reserve fund will be unblocked and TSR holders will have the option to exchange them for a proportional part of the reserve fund in cryptocurrencies. The TSRs redeemed in this way will be destroyed by the smart contract.

20% of TSR tokes will be allocated for the team, the advisors and company bounty. At least 90%of this amount will be frozenby a smart-contract for 24 months without right of re-sale. A part of those TSR (but no more than 5%) will be allocated to advisors without right of re-sale for 6 months. Up to 5% of the amount will be allocated to s ubcontractors and participants of t he bounty campaign, without limitations. 😊👍🏻
