@kkkwww, stop crying. If your MN status on VPS is "Masternode successfully started" then it means your MN is working FINE and you will get a reward after some time. STATUS on VPS is the most important, NOT what you see in the Windows wallet.

How can I start second MN on the same VPS?
We usualy use one MN on VPS with static public IP. I was trying to run second MN (same coin) on one VPS but without positive results. Check PrimeStone discord, there was some guy there who did it somehow. Your answer: Error: Invalid masternodeprivkey. Please see documenation.
