15% of the tokens generated during the TGE will be allocated to the advisors, professional fees, bounties & bonuses.
10% will be allocated to the founders.

to me this is not just an exchange problem like hitbtc, it's pretty good exchange
but what I see they don't have a good volume because this project still doesn't provide interesting news that can attract people to make it a trading material

Hi there!
CEO Yoav Dror just recently released a statement and in it included a development update :
"With regards to development, we are on track with our Roadmap. We are now in development of the Version 2 of the PumaPay solution, which is the proof of concept of our technology, allowing anyone to charge through the PullContract and enabling recurring payments on the Ethereum network.
The process is also going well in terms of business development as we are about to announce some major partnerships with companies who have committed to adopt the PullPayment protocol once we finish the development."
In terms of how Puma Pay is handling the current market, he stated:
"Recently, we have received multiple questions why we aren’t participating in the market to influence the token price, be it directly or through market makers. We are aware that such actions are a common practice for many cryptocurrencies. First of all, we would like to point out that such actions do not seem to have helped many coins that resorted to them, given their current results and long-term potential.
Secondly, we would like to reiterate what has been said multiple times before: the price of the PMA token will depend on supply and demand in the market. This position is fully consistent with the token’s clarification as a utility token. Please note that we have consulted with our legal advisers on this matter."

Regardless of the situation of market this is best thing happened with token to make it available in the market. Of course market is going through a period of uncertainty but token will see consolidation and correction in all this period. That is very good update seeing the concern of team but development is necessary which was told is on track.
