I do not see that this statement is silly . This is a normal statement. I know projects that have high fees, but which still sit on their ass exactly, unfortunately. Let's see how well the work and discipline in this team will be built up.
Of course it is silly, any project worth its salt will execute on their roadmap. Implying they wont is the same as calling the project a fraud. If you have concerns about the project go talk to them in Telegram they are there 24/7.

I heard pumapay raised 117 million dollars in private sale that's an amazing for a company to see the many investors, it is been great to see this happen, I don't know what their hardcap is.
The hardcap was $150,000,000 and they raised $117,000,000
During the private sale, they nearly reach to the hard cap, it seems people have a lot of faith in this projects. So by the end of the crowdsale, it can easily reach to hard cap without any limitations.
Pumapay project will not launch a public sale buddy. Private sale was a last stage as mentioned in their WP. $150kk is a really big amount. And raised fund should be enough for future development.
