Well, this is not the only way to segregate their information because there are a lot of sites that can actually be used. As what you can see in the OP, they can be reached through their telegram and other social sites. So, you can have that options for you to be able to know more about the project.

Early investors uaually have great profits and also they do not need to keep major track on that also there are a number of offers and discounts for early investors so individually i would always tend to be amongst the early investor.

The project to be able to achieve success must have a very active team that will response to all concerns and updates us regularly, the developer must assign a community manager to always update the investors and developers about the status of this project.

Because this project is not that old and usually new projects need a lot of time for getting into consideration so i think that you should give some more time to the devs and also you can join their social media to get more updates.

I guess that the investors would always fund the open projects and this project is amongst one of them so i think that this project can surely get a good amount of funds for the developement of their platform.

Well, that is really true that the team should not only put all the complete information regarding the project only on their website. Because it is really important to have the information here in their ANN Thread. And also, if the Pura project will include their team members profile in public, it will add up a trust towards this project.
